Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Independent Management of Manufacturing Process:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the manufacturing process for engineering equipment at Sachin Industries Ltd.
- Utilize extensive experience within an MNC environment to independently drive manufacturing operations to success.
2. Leadership and Mentorship:
- Provide strong leadership to design teams, guiding them in achieving project objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Mentor team members, providing support and guidance to enhance their skills and capabilities.
3. Proficiency in Design Software:
- Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in design software tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.
- Utilize software expertise to streamline design processes, optimize manufacturing efficiency, and ensure the highest standards of quality.
Qualification Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in independently managing manufacturing operations of engineering equipment within an MNC organization.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of effectively leading and mentoring design teams.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
