Job Description
• Conduct thorough inspections of welding processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
• Perform visual testing (VT) and penetrant testing (PT) according to level 2 qualification standards.
• Interpret and apply international codes such as ASME and DIN standards to welding activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement welding procedures that meet regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Liaise with third-party inspectors to facilitate inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist in the preparation and documentation of "U" stamp certification requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to welding personnel and other relevant stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in welding technology, and changes in regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Level 2 qualification in Visual Testing (VT) and Penetrant Testing (PT).
• Extensive knowledge of international codes such as ASME and DIN standards.
• Experience with "U" stamp certification processes is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
