This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales (Technical Counsellor). The Telesales

(Technical Counsellor) will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers,

promoting our training programs and services, and generating leads. The Telesales will also handle

inbound calls, answer customer inquiries, and provide assistance and information as needed. Strong

Communication and sales skills are essential for this role.

Key responsibilities:-

• Provide technical knowledge and guidance to students/clients.
• Develop and deliver training programs on various technical topics such as PLC programming,
• SCADA systems, and embedded systems.
• Build strong relationships with clients/students, understanding their needs and providing tailored
• Solutions to meet their requirements.
• Manage and maintain databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available for
• Analysis and decision-making.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements in the field of industrial automation
• And share knowledge with the team and clients/student.
• Assist in the development and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions,
• Improving efficiency and productivity.
•  Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company through effective communication,
• Teamwork, and continuous learning.

Qualifications:-

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
• Experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus.
• Knowledge of MS Word.
• Knowledge of industrial automation and embedded systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English is preferred.
