Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in the automobile industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting, preferably within the automobile sector. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our 2 wheeler products and services.

• Identify and qualify sales opportunities through proactive calling and lead follow-up.

• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to prospective customers.

• Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the CRM system.

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, and promotions.

• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.

• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.

• Assist in marketing campaigns and promotions as needed.

 

Qualification Criteria:

• Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to persuade and influence customers to purchase products or services.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
