Job Description:
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective business clients to introduce our products/services and identify sales opportunities.
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, pain points, and buying motivations.
  • Present product features, benefits, and pricing to prospects in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
  • Articulate the value proposition of our products/services and how they can address the specific needs of prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for self-improvement and skill development to enhance sales performance.
Qualification Criteria
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in telesales or inside sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects over the phone.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of closing sales.
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
