Despite COVID-19 challenges, they've expanded their packaging capabilities internationally through Modweave International Limited, boasting an annual polymer processing capacity of 36,000 metric tons.
Job Description:
We are looking for highly motivated International Sales Executives to join our dynamic team. As an International Sales Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, expanding our market reach, and driving sales growth in the packaging or plastic industry. Whether you're an experienced professional with several years of experience or a fresh graduate eager to embark on a career in sales, we welcome individuals who are passionate about building relationships and driving results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to identify and acquire new clients within the packaging or plastic industry.
  • Utilize your existing network and experience to target specific regions and industries for client acquisition.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and preferences.
  • Engage with prospective clients through cold calling, email correspondence, and networking events to pitch our products/services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions and proposals to meet client requirements.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our products/services.
Qualification Criteria:
  • Proven track record of success in international sales, preferably in the packaging or plastic industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Time: - 09:30 am to 06:30 pm
  • Working Days: - 6 (Monday to Saturday)
