Our client company established in 1996, our client has gained success in the market by manufacturing and exporting a remarkable gamut of Pneumatic Ball Valve, Pneumatic Butterfly Valve, Pneumatic Control Valve, Solenoid Valve, etc. They are a well-known and reliable company in Ahmedabad (Gujarat, India) and developed a well functional and spacious infrastructural unit where we manufacture these products in an efficient manner.
·Must have worked in industrial relations and have a working knowledge of statutory obligations
·Facilitate the seamless onboarding of new employees, conducting orientation sessions, assisting with paperwork, and ensuring a positive integration into the organization.
·Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing timesheets, deductions, and adjustments, while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.
·Stay abreast of labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance across HR practices, while developing and implementing policies to maintain legal adherence and mitigate risks.
·Shall handle regular activities like Office administration, vendor management and other Day to Day activities
·Implementing training and development procedures/SOPs for organizational enhancement.
·Proficient in PF, ESIC, Contract Labor Act, Minimum Wages Act, Professional Tax Act, and other pertinent labor laws.
·Familiarity with various statutory return filings is required. "Proficiency in end-to-end application and execution of licenses under Contract Labor Act, BOCW Act, and ISMW Act is essential."
