Job Description

Minimum 8-10 year preferably in Equipment manufacturing, In-Depth knowledge of Electrical / Electronic component / Instrumentation, Strong Industry Knowledge, 


  • To maintain higher level of customer service. 
  • Developing the relationship with customer to improve customer satisfaction
  • Managing the whole team of direct reporting for the success of the team performance. Delegating and Directing Service tasks to the team, Monitoring the Installation Projects or Critical Complaints 
  • Guiding team or Customer for quick resolution of the problem
  • Co-ordination with Sales team for Installation of the project / Customer complaints 
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle stress
  • Take active participation in Product Improvement projects 
  • Ensure growth of Spares and Service revenue 
  • Working with CFT for timely dispatch of the parts to customers 
  • Co-ordination with CFT for finding permanent solution or Root cause analysis
  • Imparting training to down the level team or customers on our product
  • Take active participation in validating the performance of new products and existing products 
  • Support to application team for any customised application
Educational Qualification:
  • B.E Electronics / B.E Electrical
