Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and traffic.
- Conduct keyword research using tools like SEMRush and Ahrefs.
- Optimize web pages for on-page SEO (metadata, internal linking, URL structure).
- Implement off-page SEO strategies like link building and outreach.
- Collaborate with the content team to optimize blogs and articles for SEO.
- Use AI tools for content creation and optimization.
- Work with the development team to ensure technical SEO compliance (page speed, mobile optimization, schema markup).
- Monitor website traffic, rankings, and user behavior through analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs).
- Create reports and provide data-driven insights to improve SEO strategies.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Write SEO-friendly blogs and articles.
- Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- College graduate or diploma holder in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or content marketing.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or similar.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web development principles.
- Proven ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Knowledge of Google Search Console and other SEO tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive in staying updated with SEO trends and best practices.
