Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse with 1.5 to 2 years of experience to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a GNM, ANM, or BSc in Nursing, and a  commitment to providing high-quality patient care. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing services, ensuring patient comfort, and supporting the medical team in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely patient records, including assessments, treatments, and progress notes.
• Education: Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post- hospital care.
• Safety: Ensure a safe and clean working environment by adhering to infection-control protocols and hospital policies.
• Support: Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and their families during treatment and recovery

• Education: GNM, ANM, or BSc in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Experience: 1.5 to 2 years of nursing experience.
• License/Certification: Valid nursing license and relevant certifications.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and  proficiency in using medical software and equipment.
