- Social Media Strategy Development:
- Conduct thorough analysis of business goals and objectives.
- Identify target audiences and create buyer personas using the 4D method.
- Research competitors and industry trends.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for success.
- Develop a comprehensive content calendar outlining themes, topics, and posting schedules.
Content Creation & Curation:
- Create original, engaging content including text, images, and videos (proficiency in post creation and reel editing required).
- Adapt content to suit various social media platforms.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and style across all content.
Social Media Platform Management (Posting & Scheduling):
- Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts.
- Optimize posting times based on audience behavior.
- Monitor and promptly respond to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Ensure adherence to platform-specific guidelines for each post.
Community Engagement:
- Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages.
- Encourage user-generated content and participation.
- Organize polls, quizzes, and other interactive content to enhance engagement.
- Address customer concerns and inquiries in a timely and helpful manner.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Use analytics tools to track key metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Analyze data to assess social media performance.
- Generate regular reports to share insights with the team.
- Adjust strategies based on performance analysis.
Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Plan and develop social media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.
- Create compelling visuals and messaging for campaigns.

Ad Management:
- Develop targeted social media advertising campaigns.

Influencer Outreach & Collaboration:
- Identify and research potential influencers in the industry.
