Roles and Responsibility:
The Manager - Internal Audit will be responsible for overseeing and executing comprehensive internal audits across various functions within the company, including Sales Audit, Purchase Audit, and HR Audit. Key responsibilities include:
In-depth Functional Knowledge:
  • Demonstrate a profound understanding of Company Internal Audit processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Conduct thorough audits in Sales, Purchase, and HR functions to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP):
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for internal audit processes.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs throughout the audit cycle to maintain consistency and accuracy.
Regulatory Compliance:
  • Stay abreast of relevant regulations and standards affecting the business.
  • Ensure that internal audit processes align with regulatory requirements, and promptly address any non-compliance issues.
Internal Controls Evaluation:
  • Proficiently evaluate internal controls to identify strengths and weaknesses.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance organizational efficiency and mitigate risks.
Desired candidate:
  • Education and Qualifications:
Possess a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
  • Work Experience:
Accumulate 3-5 years of experience in internal auditing within reputed consulting firms or corporate environments.
Proven track record of successfully leading and executing internal audits.
