Job Description
College Marketing:
· Develop and execute marketing plans to promote Lokmanya College and its programs.
· Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, and print materials.
· Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Student Admission:
· Develop and implement admission strategies to attract and enroll prospective students.
· Collaborate with academic departments to highlight unique features and benefits of different programs.
· Coordinate admission events, open houses, and campus tours.
Advertising:
· Plan and oversee advertising campaigns to reach target audiences through diverse channels.
· Manage relationships with advertising agencies and media partners.
· Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of advertising efforts, adjusting strategies as needed.
Agent Coordination:
· Establish and maintain relationships with education agents to facilitate student recruitment.
· Provide agents with necessary materials and information to effectively promote Lokmanya College.
· Monitor agent performance and ensure compliance with college policies.
School Tie-Ups:
· Identify and pursue opportunities for partnerships with schools to enhance recruitment efforts.
· Collaborate with schools on joint events, workshops, and other promotional activities.
· Negotiate and manage agreements with partner schools.
Student Counselling:
· Provide guidance and support to prospective students through the admission process.
· Conduct counselling sessions to address inquiries and concerns.
· Collaborate with academic advisors to ensure accurate information is provided to students.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
· Proven experience in marketing and admissions within the education sector.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to analyses data and trends to inform marketing strategies.
Experience in managing partnerships and relationships with agents and schools
