Job Description
- Must have worked in industrial relations and have a working knowledge of statutory obligations
- Should be familiar with various labour & employment laws
- Shall handle regular activities like payroll, Office administration, vendor management and other Day to Day activities
- To execute procedures/SOPs for Organization related to recruitment, training, and development
- Must know about PF, ESIC, Contract Labour Act, Minimum Wages Act, Professional tax act and other Labour laws
- Should be familiar with various statutory return fillings
- Should be familiar with end-to-end application and execution of licenses under contract Labour act /BOCW Act/ ISMW Act
- Should be conversant with HRIS/HRMS Systems
- Shall handle inquiries and acquisitions of project insurance policies
