We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer that will provide technical service and support to our customers. In this role, you will respond to customer requests of technical assistance for their security solutions primarily for firewalls. Technical assistance includes configuration, migration, change requests, troubleshooting etc. You should be open to work on endpoint solutions, perimeter, and network products.
The technical development is rapid, and you are responsible for continuously keeping your competence and skills up to date.
Working as a support engineer you will require a broad knowledge Network & Security technologies LAN/WAN, Firewalls, Routers, Switches, endpoint, systems.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in networking or security
- Hands-on experience on Firewalls, experience on Fortinet, Cisco & Palo Alto firewalls will be given preference
- Proficient spoken and written English
- Communicative and customer-oriented attitude
- Industry certifications
Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MCA
