Job Description

Job Roles:
  • Attend and interact with the visitors (can be an architect, interiors designers or homemakers). Give detailed presentation of the different variants of products. Inspire the clients for the bricks to think for a right product.
  • Coordinate, follow up, negotiate and close the inquiry.
  • Visit Architects and Interior designers or any prospective client to build network in your city or outstation.
  • Invite architects/clients to The Brick Store.
  • You will be further responsible for maintaining a proper reporting system for the clients and Architects attended / met.
  • You will also be further focusing more on lead generation through various platforms (Eg : Social Media Platforms and Networking Platforms) rather than just walk-ins.
  • Make list of prospective architects and try to create a platform for them to visit The Brick Store. Data can be derived from different mediums such as Magazines, architect’s references, websites, etc.
  • Keep yourself updated with ongoing projects and visit the projects as per requirements. Participate in seminars and other social Platforms to interact and connect with the architects/clients.
  • Prepare quotations, coordinate for payments and delivery with head office.
  • Innovations & Suggestions will be appreciated for the betterment of TBS & JJB. To maintain the data for leads generations/ inquiries etc.

  • Educational Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office. Great Networking skills.
