Job Description
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract skilled sales professionals for the automobile care sales division.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Training and Development:
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities of the sales team.
- Collaborate with training partners or agencies to ensure the delivery of high-quality training sessions.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements as necessary.
Performance Management:
- Establish performance metrics and goals for sales representatives in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to sales team members.
- Identify training and development needs based on performance assessments and develop action plans accordingly.
Employee Relations:
- Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.
- Promote a positive work culture and foster strong employee engagement within the sales team.
- Implement initiatives to boost morale and team cohesion.
Compliance and Policies:
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations relevant to the automobile care sales industry.
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain a fair and respectful work environment.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR management.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of employee information, including attendance, performance evaluations, and training records.
- Generate reports on key HR metrics such as turnover rates, recruitment effectiveness, and training ROI.
- Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations to improve HR processes.
Qualification Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in the automotive or sales industry.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and dynamics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office applications.
